Mother Nature Miraculously Reclaims Italy In The Midst Of The Coronavirus Quarantine

As Italians begin their second week of nationwide quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic, the environment, animals, and wildlife have already begun to miraculously reemerge.

It is a true miracle that Mother Nature has a way of coming back without the obstacles presented by humans, industries, and greed.

“After a week of lockdown…The canals in Venice are all clear and full of fish. Kinda gives you the idea of what will happen to Earth without Humans,” TheSpaceAcademy.org shared on its Twitter account.

Another group actively sharing the inspiring news is Venezia Pulita, which translates into Clean Venice.

“Beauty,” Marco Capovilla stated simply on the group’s Facebook page, along with a host of photos of swans that look more like masterful watercolor paintings; saying so much more than words alone.

“Beauty will save the world. In a deserted Burano, the swans take back the canals,” Marco Contessa stated on his Facebook page.

“Boars in the middle of my hometown, dolphins in the port of Cagliari, the fountains in Rome, Venice canals have now clean water full of fish,” Francesco Delrio shared on her Twitter account along with an assortment of photos pictured below.

“Air pollution has dropped,” continued Delrio. “Nature is reclaiming its spaces during quarantine in Italy.”

Ducks have also been spotted swimming in the Trevi Fountain in Rome, one of the busiest historical landmarks in Europe.

During this time of crisis, there are also many positive lessons to be learned. May this important moment in time have an impact that sustains long after this trying time in history. Humans and animals can peacefully share this planet together as one if we give Mother Nature a chance.

You can help all animals and our planet by choosing compassion on your plate and in your glass. #GoVeg
